Fan filter units provide continuous air exchange in cleanrooms while supporting efficient, quiet operation. Highly efficient and virtually silent, it is well suited for controlled environments such as pharmaceutical and biotech cleanrooms.
Work in peace: The low operating noise of the recirculating air unit and the even air distribution create the ideal environment for your production. This is due to the excellent airflow pattern and the housing, which rigorously absorbs noise and makes the filter-fan unit up to 5 dB quieter compared to its predecessor.
The good news for you: The FFU is available in three standard sizes. Furthermore, you can easily adjust the continuously variable fan unit to best suit your manufacturing process. You can also freely select the filtration efficiency of the filters used. This flexibility also makes the system suitable for contamination-sensitive manufacturing environments such as microelectronics cleanrooms.
With additional components such as add-on coolers, pre-filters, and various outlet types, fan filter units can be configured as complete recirculating air systems with temperature control. Naturally, the FFU Low Noise units can be grouped together as desired.

FFU Applications and Cleanroom Filtration
